Arrival departure
Restoration
Reception is possible from 4pm until 7pm. If you wish to enter the premises after 7pm, please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival.
The departure can be done until 11am. When you leave, we thank you to introduce yourself at the reception.
In case of departure before 9am, please inform us the day before. For any late check-out, at 1pm instead of 11am, an additional € 20 will be charged.
Welfare
You have many choices.
On site we offer you to discover through our small shop of regional products a selection of jars based on local products.
or eat at the Volcan Sancy restaurant, or the Di Sancy pizzeria.
You can order breakfast boxes, catering dishes and picnic baskets at the Lassalas House. You can also bring or prepare your meal. All Escale lodges are equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave and kettle).
Cosy/Relaxation lodges and gites have a fully equipped kitchen.
Reservation
The Relaxation Lodges have a spa located on the private terrace at the accommodation. Available in all seasons, its access is completely private and unlimited.
The spa temperature is adjustable with a recommended maximum of 39°.
The spa is tested and treated daily. The water is regularly renewed according to the standards applied in case of intensive use. Please shower before using the spa.
Payment methods
For reservations, only credit cards are accepted. On site, it is possible toadjust by bank check, bank card, cash or holiday vouchers for lodges.
For Gîtes, payment is made on site in cash or bank check.
Security deposit
You will be asked for a security deposit by bank imprint in the amount of €200. No amount will be debited (except in the event of damage or unpaid debt).Nevertheless, bank imprints have a direct impact on your payment limit, please remember to check this before your arrival.
