You have a private jacuzzi area on the terrace of your Relaxation lodge, please kindly respect the premises and equipment.
Its use is unlimited, however beyond 10 PM, be attentive to noise and follow the internal regulations.
The spa is intended for 2 people during a maximum cycle of 20 minutes, it is not recommended to do a spa alone.
• Access to and use of this relaxation area is prohibited for persons under 16 years old who are not accompanied by an adult.
• The wellness area is based on relaxation, we ask you to respect the calm and tranquility of the place. It is forbidden to jump or splash. In case of damage to the equipment or use of soap in the spa, the repair of the damage will be at your expense.
• It is forbidden to consume alcohol or food inside the jacuzzi and to smoke in the wellness area. Chewing gum is prohibited.
• Bathrobes will be provided upon arrival.
• Decent swimwear (swimsuit mandatory)
• Prior shower in your lodge, with soapy water to remove all traces of moisturizing cream and dirt.
• Long hair must be tied
• Creams and body oils are strictly prohibited in the spa.
• It is not recommended to bathe with valuables.
• The company Au Cœur des Puys declines all responsibility in case of physical or material damage, loss, theft and alteration.
• WARNING OF DROWNING: Leave the spa immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy. Hot water can cause hyperthermia and loss of consciousness.
• The practice of spa is not without consequences for health according to individuals. We invite the used to be cautious and to inquire about this practice with their doctor.
For pregnant women, immersion in hot water for a long time can harm the fetus.
If you have health issues (diabetes, cardiovascular problems, ...) ask your doctor for advice before using the spa. In case of skin lesions, avoid using the spa.
• It is mandatory to close the spa with its cover after use, it will help maintain the quality and temperature of the water, and ensure the safety of the spa by preventing children from accidentally falling into it.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS, THE CLIENT WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT AT THE HEART OF LES PUYS WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION
