Private spa facilities
You have a private jacuzzi space on the terrace of your lodge, please respect the places and the facilities.
Its use is unlimited, however, after 10pm, pay attention to the noise and respect the rules of procedure.
The spa is for 2 to 3 people during a cycle of 20min max, it is not recommended to do a spa alone.

• Access and use of this relaxation area is not permitted for persons under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult.
• The wellness area is based on relaxation and relaxation, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the place. It is forbidden to jump or splash. In case of degradation of the material or use of soap in the spa, the repair of the damage will be at your expense.
• It is forbidden to consume alcohol or food inside the jacuzzi and to smoke in the wellness area. Chewing gum is prohibited.
• Bathrobes will be provided upon arrival.
• Decent swimwear (swimsuit required)
• Pre-shower in your lodge with soapy water to remove any traces of moisturizer and dirt.
• Long hair should be tied up
• Body creams and oils are strictly prohibited in the spa.
• Bathing with valuables is not recommended.
• Au Cœur des Puys is not responsible for any physical or material damage, loss, theft or alteration.
• ATTENTION TO DROWNING: Leave the spa immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or drowsy. Hot water can cause hyperthermia and loss of consciousness.

• The practice of the spa is not without consequences for health according to individuals. We invite users to be careful and to ask their doctor about this practice.
For pregnant women, immersion in warm water for a long time can harm the fetus.
If you have health concerns (diabetes, cardiovascular problems, etc.) ask your doctor for advice before using the spa. In case of skin lesions, avoid using the spa.

• It is mandatory to close the spa with its cover after use, it will help maintain water quality and temperature, and guarantee the safety of the spa by preventing children from accidentally falling in.
