internal rules

Article 1: Opening & access conditions

Guests can access their Lodge from 4pm and must free it by 11am on the day of departure.

Welcome Au Coeur des Puys is provided from 9am to 8pm in high season and from 9am to 7pm in low season. The establishment’s telephone service is available every day of the year.

Article 2: Occupancy of Lodges

Persons not known to the institution may not enter the park without the park’s authorization. Similarly, the customer cannot rent a Lodge for a number of persons greater than that provided for by the regulations in force. Either 2 or 4 people depending on the occupied Lodge. It is strictly forbidden for minors to stay alone in an accommodation. No visitors are allowed in the rental park.

Article 3: Key Management

The Lodge key must be returned on the day of departure. In case of non-returnal, the property will have the possibility to charge an amount of €50 on the customer’s credit card.

Article 4: Rules of Good Conduct

Guests are required to behave in a decent manner and to respect the basic rules of living within the recreational residential park, in particular:

• Respect and ensure the peace and quiet of other Lodges guests (sound level of music, general behaviour, noise at night).

• Guests are committed to complete calm after 10pm and until 8am the next morning.

• The Lodges are a place of calm and relaxation to live fully in total immersion.

Any behaviour drift (drunkenness, night noise) will not be tolerated. Any violation of the provisions of these rules may result in the expulsion of the Lodges.

Article 5 : Interdictions

Les Lodges sont strictement non-fumeur, pour des raisons de sécurité et de respect envers les autres occupants des autres Lodges.

Il est strictement interdit de faire des feux type barbecue. Tous les Lodges sont munis de détecteurs de fumée et d'extincteurs.

Article 6: Holding of Lodges Kitchen Spaces

The maintenance of the kitchen space provided in the Lodge is at the customer’s expense. If necessary, a cleaning package will be charged 50€ on the day of departure. Any lost or damaged items must be reported to the reception during the stay or on the day of departure and may be charged.

Article 7: Acceptance of the rules of procedure and the general terms and conditions

The hotel’s internal rules apply to all bookings. In all cases, the general terms of sale and the internal rules of the establishment are accepted. Failure to comply with the above provisions shall result in the immediate termination of the booking.

Article 8: Monitoring

During the absence of the guests, the Lodges must be systematically closed to protect personal effects. 

Management accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of personal effects within the Lodges.

Children are placed under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

​

Article 9: Vehicle Parking and Traffic

At the entrance of the residential park, parking is reserved for guests of the Lodges. Traffic within the residential park is entirely pedestrian.

Article 10: Cleanliness and Respect of Facilities

Household waste and waste of all kinds, must be placed in dedicated bins. The linen must be spread on the drying rack provided for this purpose. Any degradation of the plant’s vegetation, fences, land or facilities will be the responsibility of the author.

To best prepare your stay, please let us know your arrival time 48 hours before your arrival.

In case of late arrival, it is imperative to notify us on 06.30.35.73.26

 

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IN THE HEART OF THE PUYS WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION

Creation of a residential leisure park
"AtHeart de Puys" in Nébouzat

The project's objectives:

- installation of three chalets with private terrace, including two chalets equipped with a spa,

- installation of two hotel modules with private terrace,

- development of a point ofwelcome,

- creation of a car park and pedestrian access to accommodation,

- landscaping
