Internal Regulations

Article 1: Opening & access conditions
Hosts can access their
-Lodge from 4 PM 
-Cottage from 6 PM 
and must release 
-the lodge for 11am on the day of departure.
-the cottage for 10am on the day of departure
The reception at Au Cœur des Puys is available from 9 am to 8 pm in high season and from 9 am to 7 pm in low season. The establishment’s telephone service is accessible every day of the year.

 
Article 2: Occupation of the Lodges
Persons unknown to the establishment may not enter the park without the latter’s authorization. Similarly, the client may not rent a Lodge or Cottage for a number of people greater than that provided by the regulations in force. It is strictly forbidden for minors to stay alone in an accommodation. No visitor is admitted within the rental park.

Article 3: Key Management
The key of the Lodge or Cottage must be returned on the day of departure. In case of non-return, the establishment will have the possibility to charge an amount of 50€ on the client’s credit card. 

Article 4: Rules of good conduct
Hosts are required to behave decently and observe the basic rules of etiquette within the residential leisure park, in particular: 
• To respect and ensure the tranquility of the other guests of the Lodges and Gites (sound level of music, general behavior, night noise).
• The hosts commit to respecting complete calm after 10pm and until 8am the next morning.
• The Lodges are a place of calm and relaxation to be able to live fully in total immersion.
Any deviation in behaviour (state of intoxication, disturbance at night) will not be tolerated. Any infringement of the provisions of these rules may lead to expulsion from the Lodges.

Article 5: Prohibitions 
The Lodges and Gites are strictly non-smoking, for reasons of safety and respect towards the other occupants of the other Lodges and Gites.
It is strictly forbidden to make barbecue type fires. All the Lodges and Gites are equipped with smoke detectors.

Article 6: Maintenance of the kitchen spaces of the Lodges
The maintenance of the kitchen space made available in the Lodge or the Cottage is the responsibility of the client. If necessary, a cleaning fee will be charged 50€ on the day of departure. Any lost or damaged item must be reported to the reception during the stay or on the day of departure and may be invoiced. 

Article 7: Acceptance of the internal regulations and the GTC
The internal rules of the establishment apply to all reservations. In any case, the general terms of sale and the internal regulations of the establishment are accepted. Failure to comply with the above provisions shall result in the immediate termination of the reservation. 

Article 8: Monitoring
During the absence of guests, the Lodges and Cottages must be systematically closed to protect personal belongings. 
The management declines all responsibility for the theft or loss of personal effects within the Lodges.
Children are placed under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.

Article 9: Parking of vehicles and traffic
At the entrance of the residential park, a parking lot is reserved for Lodges guests. The traffic inside the residential park is entirely pedestrian.

Article 10: Cleanliness and respect for the facilities
Household garbage and waste of all kinds must be put in the dedicated bins. The drying of the laundry must be carried out on the drying rack provided for this purpose. Any degradation of the vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the establishment will be the responsibility of its author.

To best prepare your stay, we kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time 48h before your arrival.
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform us at 06.30.35.73.26
 
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS, THE CLIENT WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT AT THE HEART OF LES PUYS WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION

Creation of a residential leisure park
"At the Heart of Puys" in Nébouzat

Project objectives:

- Installation of three chalets with private terraces, two of which are equipped with a spa,

- Installation of two hotel modules with private terraces,

- setting up a reception point ,

- creation of a car park and pedestrian access to the accommodations,

- landscaping
